A Musical and Visual Journey with Fideles' New Remix “Heartless”

Just over a month after the release of their critically acclaimed album Kiss and Forget, electronic music powerhouse WhoMadeWho returns with a remix of their collaborative track “Heartless,” featuring the talented Kölsch and reimagined by the Italian duo Fideles. This marks the first official remix of “Heartless” and continues the band’s impressive streak of high-profile collaborations and accolades.

The Fideles remix of “Heartless” transforms the original track, which beautifully blends the styles of WhoMadeWho and Kölsch, into an even more dynamic piece that maintains its calming essence. The Italian duo replaces the gentle kick with a punchier, more vibrant beat, infusing the track with their signature grandeur and elevating it to new heights.

Fideles shared their thoughts on the remix:

“We’ve long admired WhoMadeWho and Kölsch for their emotive musical journeys. When we were given the opportunity to remix a track from their album, ‘Heartless’ immediately stood out to us. During a creative session in Ibiza, we discovered the perfect way to merge their vision for the track with our own sound.

The Fideles remix joins an impressive lineup of remixes from Kiss and Forget, which includes contributions from notable artists such as CamelPhat, Adam Ten, Innellea, Mind Against, and Dyzen. WhoMadeWho fans can look forward to even more, with an upcoming remix by Alex Wann and an official remix EP on the way.

WhoMadeWho’s recent success extends beyond the studio. Earlier this month, the trio was awarded “Best Organic House” at the 2024 DJ Awards in Ibiza, adding to their “Best Live Performer” accolade received at the 2024 Beatport Awards in May. These honors, combined with the release of Kiss and Forget, highlight WhoMadeWho’s unstoppable momentum.

In addition to their musical endeavors, WhoMadeWho has released a series of captivating music videos to accompany each track on Kiss and Forget. Directed by Berlin-based talent Thomas Kuhn, with creative direction by Polina Vinogradova, these visual pieces create a kaleidoscopic journey through time, emotion, and human connection.
