Tiga Unveils First Solo Album in a Decade, HOTLIFE, Premieres Lead Cut ECSTASY SURROUNDS ME

Tiga returns with his first solo album in ten years, titled HOTLIFE. Listen to the lead single, ECSTASY SURROUNDS ME, below.

The Montreal producer follows up his 2016 LP No Fantasy Required with a 12-track collection that features a few high-profile collaborators, including Boys Noize, Fcukers, MRD, and Maara. HOTLIFE will be released via Tiga’s Turbo Recordings in partnership with Secret City Records, with an official street date set for 17 April 2026.

The lead single ECSTASY SURROUNDS ME was first teased on Tiga’s Instagram in 2023. “Thanks for being patient with that one,” he wrote. In a press statement, Tiga explained: “You have to live with every track you make, but you don’t love all your tracks the same. I love this track with all my heart because it makes me feel like the artist I want to be. It’s forced me to become a better man, a better father, and a pillar of my community. I will never be able to fully repay this song all I owe, but I can make it the closing tune of the best album I have ever made. That will have to be enough.”

Between solo releases, Tiga connected with Hudson Mohawke for the 2023 collaborative LP L’Ecstasy, which includes the singles In Order 2 and Love Minus Zero, and celebrated Turbo’s 25th anniversary.
