He continues to create unforgettable moments on and off the stage, offering new experiences. Promising an exciting musical journey with future projects and surprises, he enchantments listeners. Let’s dive in interview with Socko.

AWL : When it comes to the creative process in your music, could you provide us with some information? What steps do you follow when writing music and at which stage do you draw the most inspiration?
SOCKO : The entire process of music creation depend on inspiration, which is, in my case, my inner state at the time. Whenever I sit down to make music, I often tune into my current emotions and mental state. It’s like taking an internal inventory. I believe that music is a profound expression of one’s inner world, so I aim to channel whatever I’m feeling into the sound.
For example, my coming with TGOB track «Dionea» is an absolute sublimation of the chaotic state I was in, but with a purpose to calm me down and fill with thoughtfulness. That’s why it’s emotional and tranquil at the same time with minimalistic soothing layers and gentle swells.
AWL : How do you think social media has impacted your music career? What opportunities do digital platforms offer for artists in your opinion?
SOCKO : Social media has been both a blessing and a challenge in my music career. Platforms like Instagram and SoundCloud have broken down barriers, allowing me to connect with a global audience. I value the instant feedback and engagement with fans who discover my music and then share their excitement after the gigs. However, it’s tough when tracks I pour my heart into go unnoticed, while spontaneous creations sometimes go viral. This unpredictability can be hard to reconcile, but navigating these emotional ups and downs is part of the journey.
AWL : Are there specific emotions or topics that you find challenging to express in your music? What are some ways you deal with such difficulties?
SOCKO : Expressing joy and excitement through my music is a challenge I embrace with experimentation. These emotions are dynamic and layered, requiring exploration of instruments and sounds that resonate authentically. I strive to capture their essence through upbeat melodies, vibrant harmonies, and energetic rhythms, adding depth with unexpected elements. And what I get at the end? Emotionally complex compositions which you can barely call easy and joyful tracks.
AWL : What are the moments during your stage performances where you feel most comfortable? Could you describe the type of energy live performances give you?
SOCKO : During my stage performances, I feel most comfortable when the crowd resonates with the music and embraces my experimental parts. It's in these moments that people and music unify into one cohesive element, where heartbeats merge with beats, creating an immense surge of energy and emotion within me. This synergy between the audience and my music fuels a profound connection that elevates the experience to a powerful and transformative level.
AWL : Could you give us a hint about your future projects? Will there be any new music projects or events from you soon?
SOCKO : I have exciting plans ahead, including a release with my favorite label, The Gardens of Babylon, on July 4th. Following that, I'll be releasing a music video in September and have numerous gigs lined up throughout the summer. There are also many more surprises in store to delight and engage my audience. Stay tuned for more details and updates!
